Training is conducted live via the web and over the phone. In person training is also available, but rarely necessary. The application itself offers a step-by-step guide to how to manage lists and deliver communications. Live support is always available should you need assistance.

Reporting
Your reports are produced online in real time so you always know the status of your communications. From an overall summary, to detail information at an individual level, you’ll know who answered and how. Reports will even show you how much of your message was actually listened to. You’ll also know who didn't answer, and why, so you can maintain the most accurate lists possible.

List Management
